i need some help to identify my guitar please.. it has a gibson decal, it just a decal, it's not a gibson, well i really don't know that.. i need some help please.

Oh wow... wow wow wow... no way is that a Gibson... hahaha...
I want to first jump in and say it was made by Matsumoku because of the Univox pickups and that tremolo which is always found on such models... no idea on the model number, though.

Hey Carlos.
Michael is right, your guitar was produced at the Matsumoku factory. That tremelo unit is is strongly associated with Aria Diamond 335 copies made in the late 1960's. Obviously, the model number of your guitar is SG-32T, but here is a 1967 1202T displaying many common characteristics with your guitar:
