Harmony Rocket Pickup Rings

I'm trying to restore* a Harmony Rocket that a friend had in storage for many years. It's missing a pickup. I've seen pickups on eBay that might work as a replacement, either used original gold foild, or GFS DeArmond clones, but I would need the pickup ring that picks it up off the the face of the guitar. Anyone know a source for these? Can I get a way with, say, a Les Paul/ES-335 type? I know the DeArmond 2K pickups come with spacers to lift them up, but I don't think they're anywhere near high enough.

Ideas?

I'll also need 3 of 4 control knobs. Something like the originals would be nice. Anyone know a source?

*actually "restore" may be putting it too strongly. "Make work something like it used to" might be more accurate.

This is probably too little, too late but a couple of Harmony Pickup spacers just finished on eBay. Hopefully the pictures might help you fabricate what you need. sb
