....but i don't know what is a "value" for it. i'm thinking the value is in the gold foil pick ups and nothing else since it doesn't have a name on it. so, you think $60 plus shipping? (i had a guitar just like this when i was a kid. mom and dad bought it for me when i was 4. then i turned a teen ager and thought that re-carving the pick up cavity to look like eddie van halen would maybe help me to make be play like him......)

The distinct pickguard makes it easy to identify. It's a Zenon brand guitar, built by Teisco. $60 is a bit low. The fact that you think someone would only want it for the pickups shouldn't influence your selling price. As a whole guitar,if it's in good shape and working properly, I would ask $125-$150 for it.

thanks for taking the time to reply....unfortunately, in that timeframe, someone else snapped it up on the bay. bummer.

LOL. Wow,did I space out on that one. Buying,not selling. Grabbing it for $60 would have been a real good deal if the shipping was reasonable.
