I would say its worth 50 but I would try to get it for like 45.
One thing I'm pretty sure upon is that the bass is most likely solid wood and I think that the bass is a matsumoko made instrument.
As long as all the pieces are there and the neck is good then Id say yeah, go for it.

I let it pass. The seller has 3 CL ads up for the same guitar, 2 listing it at $40, one at $75 (just relisted this morning). When I called him, he said it was $50.
I'm not dealing with that kind of seller.
