I have just acquired a 1967 Epcor 335, and would like some idea of the value. It would appear to original, with the exception of the machineheads which are Grover sta-tite, instead of the Klusons, and appear to be of the period. There is some lacquer checking to the neck, with little wear to the board and frets, but there are some lacquer splits to the body, although Bob Shade (current president of Hallmark) informs me it is uncommon to find one without splits, The body, however, appears sound. The guitar plays well after a quick set-up, and has a pleasant tone, both acoustically and amplified. I am somewhat lothe to correct the lacquer splits, as this would destroy the original finish and possibly any residual value? I also have a Bruno Conqueror, as shown in your gallery, and a idea of the value of this would also be apppreciated. Thankyou, kind regards, stu
