WANTED!! Teisco Del Rey Catalog -1967

I am looking for a copy of the Teisco Del Rey / WMI Corporation catalog from 1967. I have pictures of the cover and two pages. I would like either a full scaned copy or am prepared to buy an original one if some one has one they don't want.
