Greetings from Germany - Question about a special Guitar

Hello everybody!
I´m a Guitar-player from Germany and I came to the music from Jerry Reed 1 year ago.
In many Videos I can see he´s playing a kind of "special" Acoustic guitar.
I don´t know if it´s the correct name?! I found names like "Baldwin Cutaway". It looks like Baldwin is the producer.
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this guitar Here is a video link, where you can see Reed playing on this Instrument.


Today I found an Article about the Chet Atkins Convention 2008. If you scroll down, you can see a Man who baught this guitar.
The Article sais, that the man baught a copy of this guitar on the Convention.

I guess, this Guitars are made by Gibson - but I´m not sure.

I would be very thankful for any Informations to this guitar.
I like to know the price an if it´s possible to buy one of these.
