Kent Model 550 Help

I am looking for a catalog, or advertisement, that shows the Kent Model 550 Electric. I cannot even find a picture of one on the internet.

I would like to purchase the catalog if at all possible. I am getting my fathers model 550 re-furbished from his college band days and I am trying to get some memerbila together. I am also looking for picks with the Kent logo on them

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For what it's worth, if you do a google search you will find companies that will make you custom picks with whatever name or logo you want on them.

Hey PipHunter.

In 1963 Kent used the 550 model designation on a solid body guitar and in 1965 a hollow body guitar. Let me know what you have and I'll try to get you a picture.

Below are two pictures of my father with the Kent 550 in question. His birthday is coming up soon and I would really like to get some things together.

I'm not really sure how I can help you at this point. I thought you needed a picture of the 550 to assist with your refurbishing project but the picture you have of your dad playing the guitar shows more detail than any catalog image I have.

I don't have any duplicate Kent literature to sell. As I mentioned earlier, the solid body 550 is pictured in the 1963 catalog so that is what you need to look for.
