Vox Starstream

I used a Vox Starstream as my main guitar for about 6 years. I've heard that they're cheaply made, unreliable, etc, but mine has always played beautifully although the pickups are pretty crappy, but then, that's part of the Vox sound, isn't it? Here's a few pictures:

That's weird- I've got a Vox Super Ace...and whilst the wood isn't great, and the original frets were rubbish, the pickups sound amazing!

Difference between the Italian and UK ranges maybe?

Thanks! We didn't sound like them but were sometimes compared to them.
We had mod and freakbeat sounds as well as psychedelic.

Looks groovy, in a phsycadelic sixties kind of way. I dont suppose it sits on the knee too well.
