Help me to identify this guitar, please :)

Hi! Seller says it's an old Framus but I haven't found any Framus with a headstock like this (open book). It is a beautiful semi-hollow or hollow thinline guitar. It has a unique shape of tele but with two f-holes and a Bigsby. It has bolt on neck. I am almost 100% sure I have seen this kind of guitar elsewhere in the past but can't remember the brand and country of manufacturer. Does anybody recognize this? Please help me!

Oh! I just got an answer from the seller. He said he also can't find anything on the net regarding this particular one is Framus so I guess it's not. The only logos on this are "Bigsby" on the bridge, and "made in Germany" on the covers of tuners. The seller says that guitar has a piece of wood in the body under the pickups, but that piece is attached only to the top of the body, so I guess this is a thinline hollow body. He says that the instrument is in a perfect condition - no fretwear, no cracks, electronics work excellent. The start price is about 240 Euros (auction). Is this a fair price? How much could this be worth?
